In 2013 I encounter land paddling for the first time while visiting a friends' place.
It was a match made in heaven! I had previously hurt my back and this was one of the few sports I could do, that actually strengthened my core and back muscles and enabled me to be out and about with my boys and have fun at the same time. The time I stood on the longboard and took my first stroke with the land paddle I was in love!
Finally I had found something that made me smile and actually made me fit at the same time!
I liked it so much so now I created this E-book "Land Paddling Street Sup - The new fun core fitness sport to hit the streets". This is a book I would have liked to read when I first started out. It would have saved me so much money on equipment, and connected me with groups around the world much faster.
