As a fitness trainer, I've always seen that there was a connection between fitness and intimacy. I wanted to come up with an original system that would help bridge that gap. So we came up with Strength Of Seduction. S.O.S. is a fitness system that helps partners get in shape and simultaneously increase physical/emotional intimacy using elements from resistance training, calisthenics, yoga, aerobics, kama sutra, meditation, massage therapy and more. It utilizes the exercises to build trust and communication through touch while simultaneously getting each other in shape.
